Good day all, We have been receiving audits over the past two years with a
100% pass rate and understand these are the times we are in, however after
completing the last round (which all passed with no findings) in December of
2019 we are now presented with a new request for documentation
request/review. I know there are certain time frames and amount they have to
follow and I am hoping you can refresh my memory on what rules they must
abide by; also has anyone had any luck going the attorney route to get these
jokers to back off. Of important note I do know the local HMO has hired
these guys to conduct the audits, which they stated they are required to by
medicare.
