Technician Productivity Levels

Hello,

We are fortunate to have on site tech staff supporting our clinicians, but we are having difficulty with objective metrics for performance and productivity. Does anyone have some useful productivity models that they find useful? For those of you techs in c-fab, I am also interested in how you are managing your workload.

Any input is welcome.
