Transtibial Osseointegration…

I am a prosthetist and have a new patient with osseointegration as a transtibial amputee. I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions for billing (he is private pay thankfully), connecting to the adapter and options, and follow-up care/complications for the patient to avoid injury or dislodging.
