where to C-Fab

Hi all. I’m looking for a C-Fab for laminated AFOs with a plantar build up and leather work to represent a shoe. A version of a closed toe walker. The patient in question is in considerable equinovarus. The heel lift will be close to 6″. I want a facility that will do decent leather work around the distal portion so the orthosis represents a shoe.

I know of Arizona AFO but they will not do a laminated system or work with AFOs that we laminate in house. I knew of another company years ago but can’t remember the name. I want to say the name was Bremer (this could be wrong) but I can’t seem to find them. 
Any suggestions?
