I am interested in unbiased comments regarding OPIE software. I had the
demo today and was quite impressed. We are strongly considering
transferring to this system and would like to hear both positive and
negative feedback from current users. The initial change over and training
will inevitably be an arduous ordeal. Change is never easy. Any advice
would be appreciated.
We currently use MedFlex and are quite happy with it. Their customer
service and immediate response to any issue is amazing. The downside is
that they do not stay updated/current. Zirmed appeared to have many more
processing features but did not appear to include integrated accounting
software like Medflex. We are also interested in comments from those who
switched from Medflex or may be using OPIE along with Medflex.
