How often do you change the alignment you have done during the bench alignment stage. While fabricating and fitting Prosthesis, say a Tranastibial one, how often has it been necessary for you to change the alignment you have set during the bench alignment stage? I agree that doing dynamic alignment changes fine tunes the prosthetic performance. How often do you find the final alignment different from the one you have done on the bench? If the final alignment is not much different from the one that you had arrived on bence, where did you concentrate intitally?
Was it in Cast Taking, or modification, or bench alignment itself ?”
