Good afternoon,

I am having an issue with Aetna. I have a real problem with patients that have a ID number that starts with 1010 or 1011. They are showing that we are an in-network provider and we are not. I have been fighting this for quite awhile. I don’t know how they can get away with this. The claims dept told me to call credentialing and credentialing can’t help me. Do you have any ideas on how we can resolve this?
