Dear Nancy,

I found a place called Cascade in the Seattle area that makes custom

shoe

orthtics for $30 to $40 a pair. My occupational therapist drew the

prescription around my feet. I called them on their 800 number and

faxed them

my prescription. In less than two weeks I had my new shoe insearts

and they

are wonderful.

Hope that helps. They ship all over the country.

Regards,

Denise
