The O&P Foundation for Education and Research named its committee chairs for 2025-26. As chairs, they play a critical role in advancing the foundation’s strategic goals, supporting program impact, and fostering innovation across the O&P field and pedorthic rehabilitation.
Committee members include:
Cody McDonald PhD, MPH, CPO, research committee. McDonald is an assistant professor in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at the University of Washington. She received her O&P education, a master’s degree in global health and a doctoral degree in rehabilitation science all from the University of Washington.
Duffy Felmlee CPO, FAAOP(D), education committee. Felmlee received his master’s degree in O&P from the University of Hartford in 2010 and became a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists with Distinction in 2023. He is currently pursuing his doctorate in kinesiology at the University of Connecticut.
Jessica Norrell CPO, MBA, professional awards committee. Norrell is the owner of MOZN Solutions and has more than 20 years of healthcare experience.
Lily Komraus MS, fundraising committee. Komraus is the director of partner professional education for Hanger, Texas, where she leads a team of educational professionals in the development and dissemination of evidence-based education to healthcare partners around the world.
James Kingsley MBA, finance committee. Kingsley has spent the last 13 years in O&P working as a regional vice president at Hanger and prior to that as COO for Scheck & Siress.
Mark Geil PhD, executive committee. Geil is a professor of biomechanics and O&P at Kennesaw State University. He helped create the world’s first entry-level Master of Science degree O&P program while at Georgia Tech, which was recently transferred to Kennesaw State.
Christopher Fairman CPO, board development committee. Fairman is the cofounder of Great Lakes Prosthetics & Orthotics, Michigan. While managing his clinical practice, he mentored dozens of residents and students from Eastern Michigan University.
