The Orthotics and Prosthetics Foundation for Education and Research (the O&P Foundation) named Andrew Young as its new director of strategic advancement. 
Young will lead the O&P Foundation’s advancement strategy––including fundraising campaigns, donor stewardship, corporate and philanthropic partnerships, and long-term growth initiatives, as well as helping to expand the organization’s reach and strengthen support for education, research, and development across the orthotics, prosthetics, and pedorthics professions.
Young brings more than 20 years of experience helping mission-driven organizations expand their reach and impact through strategic fundraising, donor engagement, and partnerships. He has helped raise millions of dollars in support of public-interest and nonprofit work, and is recognized for building strong teams and cultivating meaningful, long-term relationships with donors and partners.
He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the Wake Forest University School of Law.
