Össur, Reykjavik, Iceland, has made the following decisions following its annual general meeting March 8:
- Niels Jacobsen was re-elected as chairman of the board, and Kristján Tómas Ragnarsson, MD, was re-elected vice chairman.
- Arne Boye Nielsen, Guðbjörg Edda Eggertsdóttir, and Svafa Grönfeldt, PhD, were appointed to Össur’s audit committee.
The board also granted management an authorization to purchase its own shares on behalf of Össur in one or more transactions or through share buyback programs.
