The US Small Business Administration is accepting nominations for national and district small business week awards for 2024. The deadline for submissions is December 7, 4 p.m ET.
Individuals or organizations can nominate small businesses with exceptional innovation, growth, community engagement, or resilience.
“Small businesses are the backbone of our economy, and we believe in recognizing and celebrating their outstanding contributions,” said Catherine Marx, the SBA Connecticut district director. “This is an opportunity to shine a spotlight on the incredible work being done by small business owners and entrepreneurs who have dedicated themselves to success and community growth.”
The SBA gives district awards to family-owned small business of the year, manufacturer of the year, microenterprise of the year, minority small business of the year, veteran small business of the year, women in business of the year, and young entrepreneur of the year.
The next small business week is April 28-May 4, 2024.
