
Whether it’s landmines in war-torn Afghanistan, hurricanes in the U.S. Gulf Coast, or an earthquake in Haiti, when tragedy strikes, the O&P community responds with open hearts, skilled and willing hands, and generous financial contributions. While it would be impossible to cover all the ways O&P industry professionals have reached out to help in times of need during the last ten years, The O&P EDGE wanted to highlight a few of the instances in which the profession has provided O&P products and services to individuals who have suffered limb loss or mobility impairment as a result of war or natural disaster.
