The Board of Certification/Accreditation (BOC) won a Stevie Award for Sales and Customer Service. This is the organization’s eleventh Stevie Award since 2013.
BOC won a bronze award in the “Best Customer Engagement Initiative” category, which recognizes organizations distinguishing themselves through customer engagement initiatives creating a positive customer experience and increasing customer loyalty. The award was based on BOC’s certification renewal campaign, which increased the organization’s year-over-year customer retention.
“We’re proud to be recognized for the customer service that is such a strong part of our BOC culture and valued by our customers,” said Judi Knott, MA, MBA, CAE, BOC president and CEO.
