Eqwal, a France-based healthcare and O&P patient care services provider, acquired Voyage Medical Solutions, a durable medical equipment (DME) provider headquartered in Texas, along with its affiliated companies in Texas, ProsthetiCare and The Brace Center.
Voyage Medical Solutions has 60 employees and delivers off-the-shelf medical items including O&P devices, mobility aids, circulatory support systems, and bone-growth stimulators. The company is led by its founding team, Justin Jenkins, CEO and cofounder; Jennifer Jenkins, COO and cofounder; and Matthew Hickman, CFO and cofounder, who will continue to oversee operations.
