Hanger, Austin, Texas, has named two new vice presidents.
Seth Frank is the new vice president of treasury and investor relations, effective January 15. Frank joins Hanger from Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, where he served as vice president of investor relations and finance for more than eight years. He earned a master of science degree from the University of Colorado and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Emory University.
Cyndi Baily, JD, is the new senior vice president and chief compliance officer (CCO), effective January 22. She will replace Rebecca Hast, who will retire October 12 and serve in an advisory role in the interim. Prior to joining Hanger, Baily was the CCO for Alere, a medical diagnostic and devices company. She received her juris doctorate from the University of Houston Law Center, her master of public health degree from the University of Texas School of Public Health, and a bachelor’s of science degree in biology from Allegheny College.
