The Texas General Counsel Forum awarded the Magna Stella Award to Thomas Hartman, senior vice president and general counsel of Hanger, Austin, Texas. The award “recognizes in-house general counsel excellence in Texas corporations,” according to the Forum.
Hartman joined Hanger as general counsel in 2009, was appointed secretary in 2014, and senior vice president in 2015.
