Integrum, the medical technology company that provides the bone-anchored OPRA implant, named two new board members, Kristofer Westergren and Anette Lindqvist, who were elected on an extra general meeting.
Westergren represents a group of major private shareholders in Integrum and has extensive experience from the stock market as an investor and financial advisor to company managements in listed companies. He has founded and invested in several growth companies, and he has worked on the board of directors with operational improvements, value-creating acquisitions and company sales.
With over 30 years of experience in the life science sector, Lindqvist has held several senior positions in business development and senior positions in finance at companies. She is the founder of Lynton Management and is the deputy CEO and chairman of the board of Lynton Management and Bueneman Medic. She is also the CFO at Xbrane Biopharma.
“Integrum has a strong market position and a large untapped potential that, for various reasons, is not reflected in today’s valuation. I look forward to an active board work with a focus on increasing transparency towards the stock market and creating greater value for shareholders, and not least to contribute to Integrum’s implant system reaching as many people in need as possible,” Westergren said.
After the extra general meeting, the Integrum board now consists of Bengt Sjöholm, chairman of the board and the board members Rickard Brånemark, Karin Wingstrand, Cecilia Wikström, Andrew Christensen, Scott Flora, along with Lindqvist, and Westergren.
