The National Association for the Advancement of Orthotics and Prosthetics (NAAOP) selected Taylor Haines as the 2024 George and Dena Breece Fellow.
Haines is a community care coordinator for Hanger Clinic in Portland, Oregon, focusing on patient relations and helping new amputees in her community from amputation to ambulation.
“I am pleased to introduce Taylor Haines as the 2024 George and Dena Breece Fellow. After a competitive selection process, Taylor was chosen for her commitment and enthusiasm for helping Americans with limb loss and limb difference,” said Ann Leimkuehler Moss, NAAOP president. “We are excited to see how Taylor will contribute to the fellowship program and the O&P field as she embarks on this transformative journey to learn about O&P policy and advocacy with us this summer.”
