The Board for Orthotist/Prosthetist Certification (BOC),
Baltimore, Maryland, has announced the Video Practical Exam (VPE)
requirement for the Certified Orthotic FitterTM
(COFTM) will not take affect January 1, 2006, as
previously publicized. COF candidates will be required to pass the
multiple choice written exam only. The VPE requirement is suspended
until further notice.
