The Board of Certification/Accreditation (BOC) won a Stevie Award for Sales & Customer Service for the second consecutive year. The award winners were announced February 21 at a gala in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The Stevie Awards recognize achievements of call center, customer service, and sales professionals worldwide. BOC was recognized with a 2014 bronze award in the category of Best Use of Technology in Customer Service for customer-friendly technological improvements that were made to its website.
