Claudia Zacharias, MBA, CAE, has been elected secretary-treasurer of the board of directors of the Institute for Credentialing Excellence (ICE), a professional credentialing membership association. Zacharias has been president and CEO of the Board of Certification/Accreditation, International (BOC) since 2009.
“Claudia has been a welcome addition to the ICE Board, and I look forward to working with her in an expanded capacity as she steps into the secretary-treasurer role” said Denise Rosendaal, CAE, ICE’s executive director. “She brings a high level of experience, dedication, and vision for the future of the credentialing industry.”
